Our services include tailored performance control, reporting frameworks, and analytics platforms delivered via consultations, custom dashboards, and periodic reviews. Service commencement occurs on the date agreed upon in your order confirmation.
3. Information Products
Information products encompass downloadable documents, training modules, and video courses. Access is granted upon successful payment and completion of any required registration.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods include any hardware or printed materials sold through our platform. Shipment is handled by third-party carriers, and delivery times may vary based on destination.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due in full prior to delivery of services, digital content, or goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified during checkout.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a tiered approach to refunds and transfers depending on the type of purchase:
6.1 Services
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the start date: full refund via the original payment method.
- Cancellation within 7 days of start date: 50% refund or the option to transfer the service to a future date within 6 months.
- No show or cancellation on start date: no refund, as resources and staffing have been reserved exclusively for you.
6.2 Information Products
- Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales of information products are final.
- If you experience technical issues preventing access, we will provide corrective support or grant a replacement download link.
6.3 Physical Goods
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
7. Transfer of Services
Requests to transfer a scheduled service to a new date must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the original date. Transfers are granted subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
8. No-Refund Justification
Certain offerings require substantial preparatory work, licensing, and resource allocation in advance. For such offerings, refunds are not available once work has commenced. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and covers our non-recoverable costs.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
10. Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date of the current version is 2025. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
